There is going to be an event to celebrate the anniversary of the first launching of sailing boats on the reservoir.
Saturday 6th – youth group meet up as usual in the morning. In the afternoon there’s a special race for everyone with a “sail past” to finish followed by former members joining the sailors in a buffet tea.
Sunday 7th – three races are planned with a presentation to all who sail. Full details to be posted nearer the date, so please keep your eyes on the email group and the noticeboards at the club.
